Kit includes- one adapter bellhousing, one dust cover plate, one special pilot bearing, one clutch release arm, one ball pivot (installed), one clutch arm boot, and additional mounting hardware.Bellhousing has stock GM bolt pattern and is 6 and 5/15 deep. GM V8 & V6 engine to the 1993-95 GM NV4500 5 speed, adapter bellhousing kit; The bellhousing kit includes a 356 T-6 aluminum bellhousing, universal dust cover plate, pilot bushing, throw-out arm, ball pivot, throw-out boot, fastening hardware, and adapter instructions;Notes: This bellhousing assembly can also be used with the SM465 4 speed transmissions; This bellhousing is not intended for use on a 1992-1995 Chevy/GM vehicle that was originally equipped with the NV4500 transmission;See instruction file for important information
